Matt is a successful executive and leadership coach. Born in upstate New York and raised in North Carolina, he earned his Ph.L in in Rome, Italy. He has lived and worked in Europe, South America and the Caribbean, speaks three languages and is now helping leaders build cohesive, effective, killer teams.
Matt has been involved in several startup companies in the technology and telecommunications industries. Before that, he spent several years as a teacher and missionary in South America. He most recently lead a successful sales team for a managed healthcare company in the Chicago area.
Matt enjoys coaching, reading, writing and spending time outdoors with his family.
A loving husband and father of three young children, Matt currently resides with his wife in the western suburbs of Chicago.
